The fundamental interconnectedness of all things
I tried to write about the wind
I felt it slap me in the face
cold and unforgiving
as the storm raged
I pulled my woollen hat over my ears
zipped my thick coat higher
my defence against the storm’s brutal attack
the words would not come
I breathed out, my warm breath …
